Content That Means Something — I help brands and organizations create authentic, human-centered content in an AI-disrupted world.

HUMAN INSIGHT AND INTENTION GUIDE EVERY SUCCESSFUL CONTENT PROGRAM

For more than two decades, I’ve helped organizations find clarity in their stories, strengthen their brand narratives, and build content programs shaped by purpose and genuine human insight. My work has taken me from reimagining a startup’s identity to supporting teams inside Fortune 500 companies, to guiding national awards programs that celebrated the best of local communities.

I’ve always had an egalitarian mindset and a people-first philosophy. I believe we grow through other people, and the best work comes from respecting others, doing what’s right (not just what’s easy), and giving people the space to learn. That perspective shapes how I lead, mentor, and collaborate—with clarity, curiosity, and a bit of humor.

Progress rarely starts with the loudest ideas. It begins by listening closely, studying the ideas already circulating inside a team, and spotting the patterns that reveal what needs to shift. That instinct—combined with decades of brand, editorial, and operational experience—helps me support teams as they reorganize for growth and tell more meaningful stories.

Across roles and industries, I’ve shaped editorial direction, guided marketing strategy, structured programs from scratch, and led teams through transformational change. Strategy, storytelling, and experience design always intersect in my work—because the best ideas are lived, shared, and made useful.

DESTINATION FLOW

A Framework for More Meaningful Travel Storytelling and Stewardship

DESIGN VISITOR JOURNEYS THAT FLOW

Destination Flow grew out of years spent walking city streets and far-off trails, covering thousands of local businesses for travelers and consumers, and studying the moments that truly shape a visitor’s experience. It looks beyond attractions and ad campaigns to the subtle currents that influence how people move, feel, connect, and remember. The framework helps destinations move from scattered touchpoints to cohesive journeys — aligning marketing, visitor services, and community life so that experiences feel authentic, well-paced, and genuinely welcoming.

  • Understand the five flows that shape every visit

  • Spot friction and missed opportunities across the visitor journey

  • Design richer, more meaningful experiences that benefit both visitors and communities

  • Realign your content and marketing for the future of tourism

TIME FLOW METHOD

The Time Flow Method - A new way to understand times and work with it, not against it.

REDEFINE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH TIME

Our relationship with time isn’t fixed. It shifts with our attention, energy, environment, and emotional state. The Time Flow Method helps you see these patterns more clearly through five distinct flows, each with its own rhythm and purpose. By understanding how your mind moves through these temporal modes, you can make choices that feel more aligned, more spacious, and ultimately more effective. You don’t have to fixate on cramming more into your day. You can learn to live within time in a more intentional, human-centered way.
