With Cordial’s customer data platform (CDP) powering real-time audience data, the sales team had a constant need to explain how personalized automation actually works — and which campaigns would drive the most revenue for enterprise retail clients. But existing assets were scattered, inconsistent, and difficult for teams to use in a strategic way.
I created a unified content intelligence system: a library of 100+ campaign one-sheets, each built on a standardized framework including official nomenclature, data requirements, best channels, visual examples, and vetted impact stats. This structure empowered sales and customer success with consistent messaging, while also making the content machine-readable — enabling prospects to upload the ebook into AI tools and instantly identify best-fit campaigns.
The result was a human-centered system with the clarity teams needed today and the AI-readiness Cordial needed next.
