Building a structured, AI-ready campaign system that elevated sales, CX, and product understanding across the organization

With Cordial’s customer data platform (CDP) powering real-time audience data, the sales team had a constant need to explain how personalized automation actually works — and which campaigns would drive the most revenue for enterprise retail clients. But existing assets were scattered, inconsistent, and difficult for teams to use in a strategic way.

I created a unified content intelligence system: a library of 100+ campaign one-sheets, each built on a standardized framework including official nomenclature, data requirements, best channels, visual examples, and vetted impact stats. This structure empowered sales and customer success with consistent messaging, while also making the content machine-readable — enabling prospects to upload the ebook into AI tools and instantly identify best-fit campaigns.

The result was a human-centered system with the clarity teams needed today and the AI-readiness Cordial needed next.

Cordial’s CDP unlocks real-time customer data, but enterprise prospects often struggled to visualize how automated campaigns actually work — and which strategies would drive the most revenue. Sales relied on scattered examples and inconsistent messaging, making it difficult to communicate campaign logic, data triggers, and expected impact.

The goal was to create a structured, human-centered content system that clarified CDP capabilities, gave sales and CX a consistent narrative, and created an AI-ready dataset that prospects could explore on their own.

Build a unified, scalable campaign intelligence framework

I produced a complete campaign intelligence library — more than 100 standardized one-sheets, each built on a unified structure: official nomenclature, campaign type, data requirements, trigger logic, vetted impact stats, and visual examples.

From this library, I created the 32 Automated Retail Marketing Campaigns ebook as a curated entry point for prospects. Its structure was intentionally machine-readable, enabling buyers to upload it into AI tools and instantly surface best-fit campaigns.

The system also unlocked scalable asset creation. Marketing and sales teams used the library to produce new content quickly — including derivative ebooks like Reactivate, Convert, and Activate — and to build unlimited custom decks tailored to individual prospects in minutes rather than hours.

But its true strength was structural. By standardizing every campaign markeing with consistent nomenclature, data requirements, trigger logic, and impact benchmarks, the system was deliberately designed to be machine-readable. This forward-thinking approach created a foundational dataset that prospects could upload into their own AI assistants — enabling real-time analysis of which campaigns were most relevant to their brand, their lifecycle gaps, and their revenue opportunities.

What began as a sales enablement asset became a future-ready intelligence framework: clear for humans, structured for AI, and extensible for any new product, vertical, or use case Cordial pursued.
